Development of an English-language online course "Planetary Health - a holistic vision for people and the planet" for the Virtual University of Bavaria (VHB)

Based on the existing vhb CLASSIC course "Planetary Health - a comprehensive health concept", an English-language version of the online course will be created, which will be supplemented with additional topics. In order to address the needs and interests of the students in a target group-oriented manner, a Bavaria-wide anonymous online survey will be conducted among students from health, environmental and sustainability-related English-language degree programmes.

The course is being developed in collaboration with the LMU Munich and the University of Würzburg. The project is funded by the Virtual University of Bavaria and will run from 1 February 2025 to 31 August 2025. The English-language online course is expected to be available from the winter semester 2025/26.
